At Casa Milanesi, we tackled the exciting challenge of transforming a 100-year-old stable into a luxurious modern home while preserving its original charm. Our design philosophy is centered around timeless structural details with a modern twist that accentuate the existing elements. Villa Peroj is a charming villa located in the rural setting of Istria, within the grounds of a 5-star hotel. Natural materials are emphasized throughout the villa, with a focus on creating a bright and airy ambiance with dark and golden accents.One of the unique features of this villa is the hand-made details that reveal themselves unexpectedly, such as a unique handle on a cabinet, a hidden library, or nightstands of various shapes and colors in every room. These details contribute to the overall sense of refinement and luxury that Villa Peroj exudes.The villa is designed as an extension of the hotel wing, following the same visual style but with a higher level of quality and refinement that conveys the feeling of a 5+ star villa. The villa can be rented as individual rooms as part of the hotel or as a complete villa for 12 people.
